Caulfield - New Home

Located in Caulfield South, this double storey luxury residence represents an unbuilt project, now held as part of the studio’s archive. Conceived as a refined contemporary home for a family with adult children, the design explores precision, restraint and a strong emphasis on premium materiality and timeless forms.

The architectural expression is anchored by a sophisticated material palette, with architectural metalwork playing a defining role in shaping the façade. Layered screens and finely detailed elements introduce depth, rhythm and a sense of permanence, while clean lines and controlled proportions establish a confident street presence. High end finishes further elevate the design, balancing durability with a quiet sense of luxury.

Although never fully realised, the project reflects a resolved and considered approach, capturing a moment in the studio’s evolving design language.
