Malvern - Heritage Renovation

This project presents a contemporary interpretation of family living, where openness and privacy are carefully balanced through a deliberate and highly resolved plan. The arrangement prioritises natural light, intuitive circulation and clear zoning, resulting in a home that feels both cohesive and composed. The outcome is a substantial six bedroom, four bathroom residence, complete with a swimming pool and a fully integrated alfresco setting.

The central living zone forms the heart of the home, where kitchen, dining and family spaces come together in a generous, light filled volume that anchors daily life. Expansive glazing and a direct connection to the covered outdoor area extend the living experience beyond the interior, strengthening the relationship between inside and out. A concealed butler’s pantry supports functionality while maintaining a clean and uncluttered aesthetic.

Adjacent to this main zone, a versatile playroom offers flexibility as the household evolves. At the front of the home, a study and guest bedroom with ensuite provide a more private retreat.
